Hastings Woman Charged with Multiple Felony Counts in Ongoing Child Exploitation Case
HASTINGS, MINNESOTA – A Hastings woman is facing multiple felony charges following a disturbing investigation into child sexual abuse and exploitation, according to a criminal complaint filed by the Dakota County Attorney’s Office.
Kylie Elizabeth Feldick, 29, has been charged with five criminal counts, including felony first-degree criminal sexual conduct, felony use of a minor in a sexual performance, and gross misdemeanor bestiality. Authorities say the offenses involve a young child to whom Feldick had a significant relationship and who was under the age of 14 at the time of the alleged abuse.
According to the complaint, the case originated from a referral by the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office. During an unrelated investigation, Feldick consented to a forensic search of her cellphone. Investigators allegedly uncovered several explicit videos that led to serious charges involving incidents on or around August 25, 2024, and February 17, 2025, all occurring at her residence in Hastings.
The complaint states that the digital evidence includes video recordings depicting Feldick engaged in inappropriate and criminal conduct involving a young child and, in one instance, a dog. Authorities have confirmed the child involved is a current Dakota County resident and is related to the defendant.
Given the severity of the charges, the state has requested that Feldick be taken into custody on a warrant. A bail amount of $750,000 has been set, or $500,000 with several strict conditions. These include:
No contact with the victim or any minors
No internet use to communicate with minors
Prohibition on possession of pornographic material
Prohibition on animal ownership
Remaining law-abiding and appearing at all future court dates
Feldick’s first appearance was on May 16th, with her next appearance scheduled for May 28, 2025, at 9 AM in Hastings, Minnesota.
This case remains active, and no further information will be released at this time due to the sensitive nature of the allegations and the age of the victim.
