Search continues for Bryce Borca missing in Eagan, Minnesota

2:30 PM Update, November 1st - In a news release from the Eagan Police department, Eagan Police say they continue to canvas the area for more information to find Bryce Borca, but they have suspended their search of the Minnesota River and have no need for volunteers to search for Bryce anymore.

The family of Bryce Borca has also released the following statement:

”This is an incredibly difficult time for us and our main focus is finding our son. Our family would like to thank everyone involved in the search for Bryce, including the Eagan Police Department, county special operations, our friends, family, and countless volunteers. We are so very grateful for the outpouring of love and support from the community, and pray for Bryce’s safe return.”

5:00 PM Update, October 31st - As of 4:30 PM, the Eagan Police Department says they do not need any more volunteers for the search for Bryce Borca. If they are in need of volunteers for tomorrow, they will make a post on social media.

According to the Eagan Police Chief, around 200-250 came out to help search for Bryce Borca today. One of the largest turnouts he has ever seen for a missing person. The ongoing search will continue until dark this evening. No other information is available at this time and no additional leads have been found.

1:30 PM Update, October 31st - The Eagan Police Department is asking anyone living south of Lone Oak Road, west of Pilot Knob Road, and north of Silver Bell Road to please check their security cameras from October 30th between the hours of 2 AM to 4 AM for any possible information in connection with the missing 23-year old, Bryce Borca. He is again, a white male with blonde hair. He was last seen wearing a white button-down shirt and possibly a cardigan. A map of that rough area can be found below.

If anyone has any information to share from their security cameras, they are asked to please call Bryan Hughes of the Eagan Police Department at 651-675-5827.

The Eagan Police Department also said they no longer need any more volunteers in the search efforts at this time. They will post updates if that changes. Limitless Production Group was there this morning helping with the search efforts from about 7:30 AM to Noon. It truly was amazing to see so many people across the Twin Cities region come together and help search for this young man.


Original Story - Just after 2 PM on October 30, 2022, several resources, along with the Minnesota State Patrol helicopter, were searching for a missing person in Eagan, Minnesota. The missing person is 23-year-old Bryce Borca. He was last seen walking home from a party in the area of Coachman Road/Yankee Doodle around 2 am on October 30th. Bryce was reportedly wearing a patterned cardigan sweater, black pants, a black tie, and white sneakers.

According to the Eagan Police Department, several other agencies are assisting in the search, which was concentrated near Hwy 13/Yankee Doodle. Police say if you live in the area, please check your properties and businesses. If you have any information about his whereabouts, please get in touch with Detective Coulson at (651) 675-5842.

The family of Bryce Borca is asking for volunteers for an organized search hike on the morning of Monday, October 31, 2022. They will meet at 7:30 AM at the Blue Cross building at 3311 Terminal Drive in Eagan, Minnesota. They ask that you please come dressed in appropriate clothing (long pants, jacket, and good shoes).
