Additional K9 support was provided by the City of Lakeville, Minnesota - Police Department. The individual managed to take cover in the lower level of the south end of the parking garage closest to the Blooming Meadows South apartment complex. The subject was compliant with police and by around 3:45 PM, the police were able to take one male subject into custody. The scene was marked secure following the arrest and the perimeter that was in place was allowed to be broken down.
