Man charged in connection with business theft in Apple Valley
APPLE VALLEY, MINNESOTA - On June 13, 2023, the Apple Valley Police Department was called to Walmart for alleged theft at the store by a male suspect that loss prevention had attempted to stop. After fleeing Walmart, the male subject ran east toward the Ace Hardware store before they lost sight of the suspect.
According to the Apple Valley Police Department, as police were responding to the theft call from Walmart, an Apple Valley Police Officer located a male subject matching the description of the one given to the police on 147th Street.
