Oklahoma City Vehicle Fire - September 10, 2022
Around 10:50 AM on Saturday, September 10, 2022, a van burst into flames behind the Best Thrift near Reno Ave and S MacArthur Blvd in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The Oklahoma City Fire Department was on scene and able to extinguish the fire in about 10 minutes. The Oklahoma City Fire Department reports there were two victims involved in this fire, an older female and a male. The male was said to have burn injuries to his face and lower legs. The extent of those injuries is not known at this time. The female also suffered minor injuries, but no medical attention was needed for those.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time and investigators are working to gather more information in regards to that.
