EAGAN, MINNESOTA - Just after 1:15 PM a welfare check was called in at the Eagan Promenade at the back of the lot of the Michaels and Old Navy stores. There was reported to be a dark-colored Nissan parked at the back of the lot that was running with a male in the driver's seat slumped over the steering wheel. Eagan Police were dispatched out to the scene and arrived on the scene soon after the call went out.

Soon after being searched, additional officers arrived on the scene and the man was placed under arrest. Police were able to confirm the individual was arrested on suspected drug charges but were not able to elaborate at this time with any additional information. He is currently being held at the Dakota County Jail.
