19-Year-Old Woman Dies After May 4 Shooting in Robbinsdale
ROBBINSDALE, MINNESOTA - A 19-year-old woman has died from injuries sustained in a shooting that occurred earlier this month in Robbinsdale, local authorities confirmed Monday evening.
The shooting took place on Sunday, May 4, 2025, in the 4200 block of Drew Avenue North. Officers responded to reports of gunfire and discovered the woman suffering from life-threatening injuries. She was transported to North Memorial Health Hospital, where she remained in critical condition until her death on May 12.
The Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office will release the woman’s identity, along with the official cause and manner of death, in the coming days.

The Robbinsdale Police Department is actively investigating the case with assistance from the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office. Authorities are asking residents in the area to review any home surveillance footage from the time of the incident and to report any information that may assist the investigation.
