Three-Vehicle Crash Involving Minnesota State Patrol Car Occurs on I-35W in Burnsville
BURNSVILLE, MINNESOTA—On Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at 4:40 PM, a three-vehicle collision occurred on I35W near Burnsville Parkway in Burnsville, Minnesota. Among the vehicles involved was a Minnesota State Patrol squad car.
The crash, which took place on the southbound lanes of I-35W between Highway 13 and Burnsville Parkway, blocked the two left lanes, leading to traffic delays during the late afternoon. Fortunately, no injuries were reported in this incident.
The Minnesota State Patrol says the cause of the crash is still under investigation and could not provide any additional information. As soon as more information is available, we will provide an update.
