UPDATE: Eagan Police Report She Has Been Found and is Safe!

UPDATE - 5:50 PM: According to the Eagan Police Department, she was found and is safe!

ORIGINAL STORY - EAGAN, MINNESOTA - The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) has announced that the Eagan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 13-year-old girl.

Sequoia Kieya, 13, was last seen leaving her family’s residence in Eagan sometime overnight. Authorities believe she may now be in the Brooklyn Center area. Her family has expressed serious concerns for her safety, as they suspect she may be in the company of an older man.

Kieya is described as 5 feet, 1 inch tall, weighing 113 pounds, with brown and red hair and brown eyes. At the time of her disappearance, she was last seen wearing a dark pink bonnet, a pink zip-up sweatshirt, a blue shirt, green camouflage pants, and carrying a black purse.

The Eagan Police Department is urging anyone with information on Sequoia Kieya’s whereabouts to contact them at 651-675-5700 or to dial 911 immediately.

Authorities are treating this case with urgency and request that the public remain vigilant. If anyone has seen Kieya or has any information that could assist in locating her, they are encouraged to come forward.
