Man Arrested for Theft at Best Buy in Apple Valley

APPLE VALLEY, MINNESOTA - Officers with the Apple Vally Police Department responded to the theft report at Best Buy in Apple Valley, Minnesota, on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, around 5:42 PM.
