FARMINGTON and EMPIRE, MINNESOTA – Food lovers, mark your calendars! The City of Farmington and the City of Empire are teaming up to host the fourth annual Spring Food Truck Event on Friday, May 16, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Stelzel Fields, located at 19200 Centerfield Ct. in Empire, Minnesota.
Organized by the Farmington Parks and Recreation Commission and the Empire Parks and Recreation Commission, the event promises a fun, family-friendly evening with an impressive lineup of local food trucks ready to serve up delicious eats for all tastes.
“We love teaming up with the City of Empire to offer this fun, family event,” said Farmington Parks and Recreation Director Kellee Omlid.
This year’s featured vendors include:
Waffle Bar Food Truck – known for its sweet and savory waffle creations
HaDa Foodie – serving up Asian cuisine
The Brick Oven Bus – offering fresh, wood-fired pizzas
California Dip & Eat – famous for gourmet sandwiches and dips
Acme Chicken Bowls of the Twin Cities – featuring hearty chicken-based meals
Schroder Concessions – a local staple for fair-style treats
Blue Loon Concessions – bringing its donut truck for sweet, fried delights
The event is free to attend, with food available for purchase directly from the trucks.
